    Your pre-order of the ND Bait Boat - delivery day: 30th August
    With regards to your pre-order you have done everything right to get a high quality product that will satisfy all of your demands. ND is working hard to get the Bait Boat delivered to all pre-orders. We are very sorry that due to a technical issue there will be a delay regarding the delivery. We can not hold the 30th of July as we announced. That is because we want to make sure that our customers get the quality they deserve.
    To make up for the delayed delivery we are willing to offer an additional set of batteries for the Bait Boat as compensation. The battery pack has a value of 289GBP, so it is worth waiting for.
    In case you can not accept the delivery delay you can cancel your pre-order and we will refund the deposit immediately.

    We offer you a 24 months guarantee from the date of purchase. It does not cover batteries, damage arising from improper use, breakage, or normal wear of the boat or associated equipment. The guarantee is invalidated if repairs or modifications are undertaken by unauthorized persons. The guarantee period for the rechargeable battery and the rechargeable LI-ION batteries is 6 months from the date of purchase.
